shipping and returns

currently products sold on this website are only available for U.S. and Canada delivery. Orders are processed on weekdays (monday through friday). orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. packages ship from Brooklyn, NYC via USPS
shipping costs
costs are automatically calculated prior to checkout, depending on the destination. free standard shipping (ground) for all U.S. orders over $100 USD (before taxes, shipping, and handling)
delivery & tracking
tracking numbers are provided for all orders. tracking disputes must be taken up with USPS
return policy
all items are eligible for exchange or refund, granted that notice is given within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. requests must be sent to returns@studs.design - further information follows from first contact
returned items must be in pristine condition: unused, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging. STUDS reserves the right to decline a request if the items do not meet these standards. in this case, the items will be returned to purchaser with no rebates\refunds due to shipping costs
if any item is damaged upon receipt, please inform us immediately at returns@studs.design
exchanges & refunds
once your exchange\return has been approved, store credit for the items’ total amount will be provided (excluding S&H). if you would prefer a refund, the amount will be charged back to your payment method within a few business days. a shipping label to return the package will be provided free of charge. please note that in all cases, the original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded. for orders outside the U.S., it is the purchasers responsibility to pay and handle the shipping method, a tracking number must be included. STUDS is not accountable for lost or damaged items during the return process
